Department of Labor Corrects Final Rule for Labor Organization Annual Financial Reports

The Department of Labor is revising a final rule published on June 1, 2026, to correct errors in the Form LM-2 Long Form Instructions and formatting issues in the Form LM-2 Long Form and Form LM-2. The corrected forms and instructions can be found on the OLMS website (www.dol.gov/olms).
