U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Safe Harbor Agreement for California Red-Legged Frog

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Swallow Creek Ranch for a permit to enhance the survival of the federally threatened California red-legged frog, and is seeking public comment on a proposed Safe Harbor Agreement between the ranch and the agency.
