Alaska Files Application for Recordable Disclaimer of Interest in Lands Underlying Whitefish Lake

The State of Alaska has submitted an application to the Bureau of Land Management for a Recordable Disclaimer of Interest from the US in the submerged lands underlying Whitefish Lake and its outlet in southwestern Alaska, which were acquired by the State in 1959.
