U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Migratory Bird Hunting Regulations for Certain Federal Indian Reservations and Ceded Lands

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes special migratory bird hunting regulations for certain Tribes on Federal Indian reservations, off-reservation trust lands, and ceded lands for the 2011-12 migratory bird hunting season, in response to Tribal requests for recognition of Tribal authority to regulate hunting.
