Second Notice of Intent To Establish an Indian Oil Valuation Negotiated Rulemaking Committee

The U.S. Department of Energy is establishing an Indian Oil Valuation Negotiated Rulemaking Committee to develop rules for valuing oil for Indian tribes. The committee will consist of representatives nominated by interested parties, including the Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of the Interior, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
