Bureau of Land Management to Issue Appealable Decision on Alaska Native Claims Settlement

The Bureau of Land Management will issue a decision approving the surface estate in lands near Nome, Alaska, for conveyance to Sitnasuak Native Corporation, with the subsurface estate to be transferred to Bering Straits Native Corporation at a later date.
