Public Land Order No. 7778 Extends Withdrawal Period for Ashland Research Natural Area

The U.S. government has extended the withdrawal period of the Ashland Research Natural Area (RNA) for an additional 20 years, ensuring continued protection of its unique natural and ecological values, as well as recreational facilities and investments at the Jackson Campground Extension and the Kanaka Campground, which were set to expire on September 9, 2011.
