U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 90-Day Finding on Petition to List 10 Great Basin Butterflies as Threatened or Endangered

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced a 90-day finding on a petition to list 10 subspecies of Great Basin butterflies in Nevada and California as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, and designate critical habitat. The service will review the status of four subspecies to determine if listing them is warranted.
