Auwahi Wind Energy LLC Submits Draft Permit Application for Endangered Species Protection

Auwahi Wind Energy LLC, a subsidiary of Sempra Generation, has submitted a draft permit application to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, to protect endangered Hawaiian bird species, a bat species, and a moth species.
