US Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Partial 90-Day Finding on Petition to List 404 Southeastern US Species
The US Fish and Wildlife Service has announced a partial 90-day finding on a petition to list 404 species in the southeastern US as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and to designate critical habitat. The service has determined that 11 of the species do not warrant listing at this time, but invites the public to submit new information on the status of these species.
