U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Determines Endangered Status for Ozark Hellbender Salamander

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has determined the endangered status of the Ozark Hellbender Salamander under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and has also decided not to designate critical habitat for the species, while listing it on the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora Appendix III concurrently with the publication of a final rule.
