U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 12-Month Finding on Petition to List Three Plants as Endangered or Threatened
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has completed a 12-month review of a petition to list Amoreuxia gonzalezii, Astragalus hypoxylus, and Erigeron piscaticus as endangered or threatened under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and has determined that listing these plants is not warranted at this time, but invites the public to submit new information on potential threats to their habitats.
