U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Listing of Yellow-Billed Parrot as Threatened Under Endangered Species Act

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing to list the yellow-billed parrot as threatened under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, in response to a petition to list the species as endangered or threatened, and seeks public input on the proposed rule.
