Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Phoenix Copper Leach Project

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada, has announced the opening of a comment period for its Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Phoenix Copper Leach Project, a proposed mining project in Lander County, Nevada. The EIS is required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as modified.
