North American Wetlands Conservation Council to Meet and Review Grant Proposals

The North American Wetlands Conservation Council will convene to evaluate grant proposals under the North American Wetlands Conservation Act and recommend them to the Migratory Bird Conservation Commission, with public participation allowed through oral or written statements.
