MSHA Seeks Comments on Proposed Extension of Safety Program for Surface Mobile Equipment Information Collection

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of information collection for its Safety Program for Surface Mobile Equipment, as part of the Department of Labor's (DOL) effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
