City of San Diego to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Vernal Pool Habitat Conservation Plan
The US Fish and Wildlife Service is preparing an environmental impact statement for the City of San Diego's proposed Vernal Pool Habitat Conservation Plan, which aims to mitigate the impact of urban development on seven federally listed vernal pool species.
