FAA and NPS Initiate Air Tour Management Plan Development for Death Valley National Park

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Park Service (NPS) are developing an Air Tour Management Plan (ATMP) for Death Valley National Park, aiming to mitigate the impacts of commercial air tours on the park's natural and cultural resources, and visitor experiences, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the National Parks Air Tour Management Act of 2000.
