Agusta S.p.A. Issues Airworthiness Directive for AB139 and AW139 Helicopters
The Federal Register has published an amendment to Airworthiness Directive 2009-19-51, requiring inspections and repairs to the tail panels of Agusta Model AB139 and AW139 helicopters to address a potential failure risk due to debonding and collapse of the tailboom.
