FMCSA Amends Regulations for Small Passenger-Carrying Commercial Motor Vehicles

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has updated its Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) to require commercial motor vehicle operators to follow safety guidelines for vehicles carrying 9-15 passengers, regardless of distance traveled, within a 75-mile radius of their normal work location.
