DOT Removes Final Rule for General Aviation Reimbursement in Washington, DC Area

The Department of Transportation (DOT) has removed a final rule that provided reimbursement to general aviation operators and service providers in the Washington, DC area affected by airport closures following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, as all reimbursements have been made and program activities are complete.
