Surface Transportation Board Amends Rule for Annual Tax Information Submission

The Surface Transportation Board is requiring the Association of American Railroads to submit annual tax information to determine the reasonableness of challenged rail rates, as part of the Revenue Shortfall Allocation Method, which must be submitted by May 30 of each year.
