Cancellation of Environmental Impact Statement for SH 35 Roadway Project in Harris and Brazoria Counties, TX

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has cancelled its plan to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed SH 35 roadway project in Harris and Brazoria Counties, Texas, and instead will prepare a State Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) due to the elimination of Federal funding for the project.
