FHWA Requests Extension of Information Collection Activity

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is seeking an extension of its information collection activity, which was previously approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and is now being forwarded to OMB for renewal. The agency is required to publish this notice in the Federal Register due to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
