BNSF Railway Company and Stillwater Central Railroad Company to Revoke Trackage Rights Exemption for Grainbelt Corporation

The Surface Transportation Board is partially revoking a class exemption allowing Grainbelt Corporation to lose trackage rights on October 16, 2019, and November 1, 2019, subject to employee protective conditions set forth in a 1979 ICC decision, with BNSF agreeing to grant limited trackage rights over 19.27 miles and SLWC granting 4.73 miles to GNBC.
