FAA to Release Certain Airport Properties from Quitclaim Deed Agreement for Melbourne International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is releasing 15.819 acres of airport property in Melbourne, Florida, from conditions and restrictions set in a 1947 agreement with the City of Melbourne, allowing the Melbourne Airport Authority to dispose of the land for non-aeronautical purposes.
