Turbomeca to Propose New Airworthiness Directive for Astazou XIV B and XIV H Turboshaft Engines

Turbomeca is proposing a new airworthiness directive for its Astazou XIV B and XIV H turboshaft engines following a mandatory continuing airworthiness information issued by an aviation authority in another country, which identified an unsafe condition related to an uncommanded in-flight shutdown caused by a turbine wheel rupture.
