Environmental Impact Statement Notice Rescinded for Gilpin, Clear Creek, and Jefferson Counties, Colorado

The U.S. Department of Transportation has rescinded its Notice of Intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a proposed transportation project in Gilpin, Clear Creek, and Jefferson Counties, Colorado, due to lack of identified federal or state funding for the next 20 years.
