FHWA Issues FONSI for U.S. 421 Ohio River Bridge Improvement Project

The Federal Highway Administration, in collaboration with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and Indiana Department of Transportation, is issuing a Finding of No Significant Impact for the U.S. 421 Ohio River Bridge project, aimed at upgrading the bridge to enhance safety and maintain cross-river mobility between Milton, KY, and Madison, IN.
