U.S. Department of Labor Announces Minimum Wage Rate Increase for Federal Contracts Covered by Executive Order 13658

The U.S. Department of Labor is increasing the minimum wage rate for workers performing work on or in connection with federal contracts covered by Executive Order 13658 to $14.05 per hour, effective January 6, 2027, and to $9.85 per hour for tipped employees, also starting January 6, 2027.
