FHWA Requests Extension of Information Collection Activity

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is seeking an extension of its information collection activity, which was initially approved in 2009, and is now being reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
