FSIS to Withhold Inspection Mark Until Test Results Are Received

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is proposing to change its procedures to withhold the inspection mark from meat and poultry products until all test results are received, in an effort to prevent adulterated products from entering commerce.
