FSIS Introduces New Formulas for Calculating Meat and Poultry Inspection Rates

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is implementing new formulas to calculate the rates for meat and poultry inspections, effective January 1, 2011, and will publish the rates annually in Federal Register notices.
