Notice of Proposed Changes to Section IV of the Virginia State Technical Guide

The NRCS State Conservationist for Virginia has determined that changes are needed in the NRCS State Technical Guide, specifically in the practice standards for Riparian Herbaceous Cover, Firebreak, Stream Habitat Improvement and Management, Hedgerow Planting, Restoration and Management of Rare or Declining Habitats, and Early Successional Habitat Development/Management, to plan and install conservation practices.
