USDA Withdraws Notice on California Nectarine and Peach Orders

The USDA is withdrawing its notice soliciting comments on a request to terminate the Federal marketing orders for nectarines and peaches grown in California, following a continuance referendum in 2011 where fewer than two-thirds of growers voted to continue the orders.
