USDA Invites Comments on Cotton Research and Promotion Order Amendments

The USDA is seeking public input on whether to continue amendments to the Cotton Research and Promotion Order, as required by the 1990 amendments to the Cotton Research and Promotion Act, and will announce review results by the end of 2011.
