United States Standards for Grades of Potatoes Revised to Reflect Modern Marketing Practices

The United States Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) has revised the United States Standards for Grades of Potatoes to allow for mixed colors and types of potatoes in specialty packs, while also clarifying scoring guides and adding new definitions for damage and external defects.
