FSIS Amends Schedule of Operations Regulations to Include Time for Gear Donning and Doffing

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is updating its regulations to clarify the 8-hour workday for meat, poultry, and egg products inspectors, including time spent preparing and leaving the workplace.
