USDA Proposes Rule for Mandatory Dairy Product Reporting Program

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is proposing a rule to establish an electronic reporting system for dairy product manufacturers to report sales information, as mandated by the 2010 Mandatory Price Reporting Act, with comments invited on proposed changes.
