U.S. Forest Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area

The U.S. Forest Service plans to amend the 1990 Siuslaw National Forest Land and Resources Management Plan to designate new Off Highway Vehicle routes, modify area boundaries, and create a site-specific exception for the Banshee Hill route in the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, in accordance with federal regulations.
