USDA Announces Grant Application Deadlines for Small, Socially-Disadvantaged Producers in Rural Areas

The USDA Rural Development Cooperative Programs is seeking proposals from eligible cooperatives and associations for a competitively awarded grant to fund technical assistance to small, socially-disadvantaged agricultural producers in rural areas, with approximately $3.456 million in competitive grant funds available for fiscal year 2011.
