U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License for Wood and Plastic Composite Material Patent

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant an exclusive license to P & M Plastics, Inc. for the rights to a patent for a method of making wood and plastic composite materials, issued in 2003.
