Federal Crop Insurance Corporation Proposes Replacement of Group Risk Plan Provisions with New Area Risk Protection Insurance

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) is proposing to replace the Group Risk Plan provisions with a new Area Risk Protection Insurance (ARPI) framework, offering producers a simplified choice of risk management tools for their operations, starting with the 2013 crop year.
