USDA Extends Waiver for High-Quality Specialty Grain Exported in Containers

The USDA's Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration has made permanent a waiver for high-quality specialty grain exported in containers, exempting it from mandatory inspection and weighing requirements, effective immediately.
