Black Hills Power Proposes 230 kV Transmission Line Through National Forests and Grasslands

Black Hills Power has submitted a proposal to construct and operate a 230 kV transmission line spanning approximately 150 miles across the Black Hills National Forest and Thunder Basin National Grasslands, with the Bureau of Land Management set to collaborate on an environmental impact statement.
