US Department of Agriculture Clarifies Regulations for Livestock Assistance Programs

The Farm Service Agency is updating its rules to clarify when livestock deaths can be eligible for benefits under the Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honeybees, and Farm-Raised Fish Program and the Livestock Indemnity Program, as well as when adverse weather events can be eligible for benefits under the Supplemental Revenue Assistance Payments Program.
