Commodity Credit Corporation Amends Biomass Crop Assistance Program Regulation

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) is revising the Biomass Crop Assistance Program (BCAP) rules to prioritize limited funds for the 'project area' portion of the program, while also correcting errors in the regulation.
