Notice of Proposed Change to Section IV of the Virginia State Technical Guide

The NRCS State Conservationist for Virginia has determined that changes are needed in the Virginia State Technical Guide, specifically in 30 practice standards related to conservation practices such as herbaceous weed control, prescribed burning, cover crops, and wetland restoration. These changes will be used to plan and install conservation practices.
