USDA Establishes Regulations for Agricultural Career and Employment Grants Program

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is creating rules for a $4 million grant program aimed at improving the agricultural labor force, which was initially funded in the 2010 Appropriations Act and later transferred to the Office of Advocacy and Outreach within USDA.
