Commodity Credit Corporation Makes Tobacco Transition Payment Program Assessment Methods Document Available

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) has released a document addressing two consolidated determinations regarding the calculation methods for manufacturer and importer assessments funding the Tobacco Transition Payment Program (TTPP), in response to lawsuits challenging the Fair and Equitable Tobacco Reform Act of 2004 (FETRA).
